VIDEO: Peter describes the impact of his colleagues' behaviour





This audio clip was recorded in 2016 when UHMBT bosses Ameeta Joshi (clinical director) and David Walker (medical director) falsely accused Peter Duffy of upsetting two patients whose lives Peter saved.

Peter raised concerns after colleague Ash Jain failed to insert stents in two patients who only had one kidney after carrying out a procedure.

Both patients subsequently went into kidney failure as a result of Mr Jain's mistakes.

If it wasn't for Peter's actions both patients could have died.

In this video Peter describes the impact of the bullying he faced from three of his colleagues because he reported clinical errors they made.

Grieving families, harmed patients and politicians call for public inquiry THE four MPs who represent the area covered by the Morecambe Bay hospital trust have joined forces to call for a public inquiry into its urology department.
