Under-fire urologist applies for case against him to be dismissed Last week the Medical Practitioners' Tribunal Service hearing which is considering banning Kavinder Madhra from ever working again as a doctor was adjourned. Again. Before the hearing was adjourned the panel heard an application from the doctor for the GMC's case against him to be rejected.
